Glossary
Whilst enjoying the company in IRC you may see some unfamiliar terms:- tw.o

- polom
- a greeting, usually on IRC. It's a reference to what was saying tom bombadilom when walking in the forest "polom polom it's tom bombadilom" from a Tolkien book.
- irc
- Internet Relay Chat. This is our chatroom.
- modules
- right- and left-column boxes in Tiki (also can be displayed in a wiki page by use of a plugin). Not the same meaning as in other CMSs.
- plugins
- extensions of the wiki syntax. Not the same meaning as in other CMSs.
- Galaxia
- The Galaxia Workflow engine, integrated to Tiki
- Moz or SUMO
- The SUport MOzilla

- BRANCH,CVS,SVN
- Terms used by developers in reference to the repository of files
- 1-9, 2-0, HEAD
- Different branches of Tiki versions.
- RFE
- Request for enhancement that you should submit to devtwo
- #tikiwiki
- the chatroom
- WYSIWYCA
- What You See is What You Can Access (do not show options that you are not supposed to see). In other words, list and menu items aren't displayed for pages or features, etc, that the visitor doesn't have permission to see.
- WYSIWYG
- (Also w5g for the typing averse) What You See Is What You Get - In TikiWiki 2, the FCKeditor is integrated and shows text layout and styling, etc. in the edit window.

Tiki looks great... if only I could follow the installation instruxions!
It looks better than TWiki and Dokuwiki, but the intruxions remain elusive! How do you start the bloody thing!?!
