That's probably not a full answer but you should check the permissions on this file.
More important, Wiki comments are not the best place to ask for support, prefer SourceForge's Help or forums here at tw.o.

I have successfully install EasyPHP and msSQL. Moving forward next is to install Tiki script, however when I point my browser to http://127.0.0.1/tiki/tiki-install.php (external link)

, I have an empty page. I have try installing and re-installing but no success. I have followed the installation documentation closely but still no success. Why is this so?? Can anybody help?? I am desperate....

I think this page is overly complex and requires a cleanup. This page should be short & sweet ~~we want to invite folks to install TW~~ not scare them away.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the installation procedure is really quite simple. Can most of this page be replaced with:

Before You Begin
Before installing TikiWiki, please read the Requirements and Setup. Proper planning can ensure a worry-free installation. If you are looking for a new webhost, we have a list of TikiFriendlyHosts.

If supported by your webhost, Fantastico (external link)

can make installation quick and painless.

Step 1: Download TikiWiki

You can download the current version of TikiWiki from SourceForge (external link)

. The full download is ~10MB.

Step 2: Install the Files

Move all the TikiWiki installation files to your webhost. If you have a hosted webserver, simply use FTP.

Need webhost-specific information here regarding:

permissions
CMOD scripts
etc.

Plus a little note about PHP.INI requirements (with a link back to Requirements and Setup.

Step 3: Create the Database

TikiWiki requires a database. Be sure to read the Database Requirements section in Requirements and Setup. Be sure to record the following items:

The database name
The user name and password that has admin authority in the database.

Step 4: Run the TikiWiki Installation Script

Open a webbrowser to: http://www.yourdomain.com/tiki-install.php. Enter your database name, username, and password.

SHOULD INCLUDE A SCREEN SHOT HERE

Step 5: Configure Your Tiki

Congratulations, you're done! Log into TikiWiki for the first time with the username admin and the password admin.
