Including PHP in Wiki (or HTML Pages)

Hi all,

I'm kind of stumped here, any help is appreciated.

I'm setting up a site for a retail client. They want to have dynamic variables for the prices of their products, so that they can use a form or script to update the pricelist database. I want them to be able to have full control to modify the layout of their site without logging directly into my server.

So. I cant use Wiki or HtmlPages option because neither of those allow PHP code in them (as far as I can tell). I cant add the code to the template directly, because I need them to have editing control of their pages (edit templates feature wont work because I have multiple tiki sites running off one installation, and cant have them messing every one elses templates up.

Does anyone know how I can add php code to a wiki page or html page in the tiki environment, or any other solution to this problem? I know this is normally considered a security risk, but it would only be available to certain trusted individuals. I may just have to modify their templates and abandon the idea of them being able to edit their own site layout.

Thanks for any help

Hi,

Sounds like the prices could be used as Dynamic Content Variables. Try searching on tw.o for Dynamic Content Related pages, but that sounds exactly what your looking for.

Also I am busy working away bringing Zen Cart and TikiWiki together. surprised

Perhaps you can use a tracker for your pricelist
