    Is it all data and settings located in the database?
    Because when I read the upgrade instruction, It's like simply replace the old directory with the new tikiwiki.

    I think only this :
    1. database settings
    2. logo

    that located in the tikiwiki files/directory
    Is there anything else beside that? Tell me plz

    If you set the conf for that , you can have also the images data and the attached file in some directories.
    Otherwise the rest is cache

    Yo, dont forget your db/local.php and any modifications youve made to CSS or templates.
