Integrated bugtracker?

There's a wiiiide range of functionality in Tikiwiki and I barely use all of it, but there's one thing which seems to be completely missing: a bug/issue tracker. Or at least I didn't find one. Is it possible to "abuse" a certain feature as a bug tracker or is there another PHP bug tracker which can be integrated (= same layout, same authentication) with Tikiwiki easily?

Hi

Just configure the "Trackers" feature, see dev.tikiwiki.org for an implementation of Trackers setup for bug tracking.

Hm, seems I replied to the wrong posting and actually to myself, sorry.

Oh, great, just lost my complete reply, it seems the wiki logged me out in-betweenfrown.
Anyway, thanks for your answer. I figured trackers were something different, so I didn't check them out. They seem to be more powerful than they seem to be on first look. I read the TrackerDoc page, but I have some problems/questions which aren't explained there. Maybe you can answer them?

1. what are link item and list items for? Unfortunately, the short options explanation doesn't reveal much. I added a link item, that just added an empty dropdown box. I also added a list item, that added two links to the form: "Insert New Item" and "Filter Tracker Items". But I don't understand how to control these with the available options. (and in the latter case what is the difference/advantage to the filter box?)

2. I clicked the "Filter Tracker Items" I think when it contained only trackerId as an option and lost all items except the latest one. And each time I add a new item I lose the old item and only the last added item displays in the list anymore. I can display all items temporarily by filtering for "*" in an apprpriate field, but this doesn't reset the bad filter it just changes filtering for one post action. What can I do about this? Actually, at the moment the "list items" feature looks quite dangerous to me if it can do this.

3. How can I send a notice or mail with the tracker content to the submitting or assigned user? The TrackerDoc says to add a checkbox, but that's obviously not enough, a checkbox doesn't do this by its own.

Thanks for any answers.
