if your educated to use a mouse, then yeah clicky ide's are good fun, but if your serious coder, then your into multiple xterms, vi's and firefox's
IDEs for me are way tooooo slow. I can be in and out with the file modified before you have even located the mouse pointer on the screen.
We have pages on this site about using Eclipse, and didnt you see, eclipse.de is a tiki 
eclipse also has a very! slow CVS integration.
p.s. eclipse also crashes a lot
