Single login across multitiki

I want to have a multitiki have a single signon. If I am logged on to one, I can follow a link to another and be logged in to it without entering username/passwd. I do not want to use a single database. I think that sharing users_users is a necessary but not sufficient step. Is it possible to do this? Any hints?

I read the page OneTiki-OR-ManyTikis that suggests this is operational with tw.o and doc.tw.o but I it appears to me that it shares users_users, but I still have to login. I was logged in tw.o and clicked on Documentation and landed on doc.tw.o but not logged in.

tw.o and doc.tw.o are hosted on different servers

Login on tikiwiki.org (using remember me) and then go to dev.tikiwiki.org

You should be logged on.
