No idea myself. I'd suggest you ask your sys admins (those of you who haven't done so yet), and/or see a list of Tiki Friendly Hosts , or request more specific help from Consultants. This 500 or 403 error in your server has not clear solution to me, but to more high qualified sys admins, I guess.
