    • unable to open files

    We use Tiki-Wiki for our intranet. The program is run on a LINIX based server, but we have a Windows network. Everything seems to work fine, except we have one problem: We can upload files, but when you open them there is nothing there. .pdf files show up with a .pdf extension, but Word and Excel files appear as a generic icon. Since everything else works so well there has to be a way to successfully open files with these extensions on our platform. Any suggestions?

    Check permissions in the gnu/linux server. Check that the files are saved indeed in the server with more than 0 bytes.
