Croatian special characters not correctly displayed
Hello!
I'm new to Tiki and installed it to create an interactive site about children's things on www.djecje-stvari.net
Already in the site name there ist one of the croatian special characters (č) and it isn't displayed correctly. Also in the text I tried 3 of the 5 characters are not displayed correctly.
The charaters are č ć đ ž š ant the first three are displayed as ? instead of the character.
I read the page about encoding, tried the solutions but it's not working, maybe I did something wrong.
Any Ideas how to fix the problem?

PS. Here on this site/forum/post all the characters work!
