    Hey there,

    I just recently did write to the Dev-list:
    "Tiki-devel calculate with trackeritems/spreadsheet?"

    A new project of mine would contain kind of a training diary, which I think to make with a tracker.

    Tracker has some advantages, for example I could use the timeline plugin or make a sortable table etc.

    BUT

    I need to calculate a summary of distances - total sum of kilometers per user, average time per 100km, avarage km per hour, maybe lateron more calculations with further data.

    => is there a way to grap the data from a tracker (maybe sum or average values of a row after filtering) and import or use it in a spreadsheet?

    => the other way round it could be useful aswell to grap results of spreadsheet calculations and us them in trackers ...

    Any ideas?

    It sound interesting !

    As spreadsheet include graph capabilities it would be great to be able to look up specific data of tracker items to turn it into a graph.

    Did you get any further responses/suggestions on using Spreadsheet functionalities with Trackers?

    I have a similar scenario, where:
    1. there are datasets from multiple projects stored in different trackers.
    2. I want to use a template spreadsheet to calculate sums, averages, regressions, etc and typical graphs that can be displayed using Spreadsheet functionalities.

    Looking for suggestions and ideas on how to bring these two great features together.
