    hi,

    I installed Tikiwiki on a machine (WinXP Pro, apache 1.3.29, php 4.3, Mysql 4), configured database and account under mysql.

    Then I install tikiwiki without error and lauch it, i enter the admin account and passwd admin in the box, it ask me to change password and when I've finished I ALWAYS have this message :

    "Sea Surfing (CSRF) detected. Operation blocked."

    If i click on the "click here to confirm your action" it stay on the same page.

    I tried several times to reinstall Tikiwiki, delete/recreate tiki database, manage password from SQL requests (users_users table) , clear the tiki_sessions table and soooo many things but nothing changes....


    Even on a brand new install I have this problem ... eek

    Did everyone ever solve it ?

    Hi,

    More than likely this could be a browser cookie problem.
    as until you have entered the new password you arent really logged in.

    Id check your Browser settings and enable cookies for your tiki site in the browser.

    Well, i tried to accept all cookies and put security option to the lowest level.

    Then I added localhost to trusted sites but I have exactly the same problem...

    I can connect to your site so I am not sure the problem come from cookies (supposing you use tikiwiki wink )

    want to put my personnal internet site up ^^)

    This may not be your problem since you seem to have no issues with this (tikiwiki.org) website, but I had a similar issue when I first installed Tiki. I had the same problem when I tried to register with tikiwiki.org. It turned out to be the Content Advisor in IE. Check out a few more notes on my user page UserPagemstovenour.

    You can find the content advisor controls under this menu item in IE:
