I’m not sure I understand where you start from and I’m not familiar with bitnami stack on AWS ec2 server.
At Bitnami it seems they’ve updated and offer Tiki20: https://bitnami.com/stack/tiki-wiki-cms-groupware/installer.
Something to see with Bitnami ?
