My "New User Registration" Tracker won't connect to Members group.

That should now be fixed in Tiki 21.x, and the bug report here is now set to pending. If you use git or svn (or the daily build) and you can update to check please close the bug report if it's now ok for you (i know you didn't add it, but i think it's the same issue).
