    Hi -

    When using file galleries, is there an easy way to prevent md5 hashing of filenames so that the filenames are preserved on the local machine? It would be nice to know where all the files are placed and be able to back them all up every now and then. Not to mention that if the Tiki somehow crashes, I'll need access to the files!

    Its not possible

    Backup the database frequently using a cronjob or Windows Scheduled Task.

    then you can cross reference the tiki_ tables to the actual files and image galleries.
