Currently in the ShoutBox you'll find an icon to indicate your friends. We hope to extend it to the OnlineUsers box as well.

How do I get some? | |

Click the users names, such as in the Online Users box, or the modification line on wiki pages. You'll get the user profile with an option to Add as a friend! | |
