    Installed V1.9, RC3 from head. Noticed that all of the new wiki pages in my structures are not readable by anyone else. What changed? What do I need to do to put it back in 1.8 mode where by default all new wiki pages are readable by all. I've set the permissions manually for now but this is a pain.
