tikilight is tikiwiki 1.8 without as many themes, languages etc.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/TikiWikiLite doesnt have forums 
The problem is exactly the same as when you have a Mysql 4.1 running. Might also happen if its upgraded from a 1.7.X tikiwiki and the comments.sql has not be run correctly.
