    I need to alter my php.ini file, but where is it?

    the phpinfo comes back to tell me that it is here
    /usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ini

    but again where do I start looking for this link? via ftp? via explorer?
    there isn't even a folder that resembles the above link. I just can't figure it out

    I am very new to php and tiki so call me dumb, but I just don't get it. cry

    If you are using Shared Hosting account on a ISPs server, you cannot change this file.

    By the sounds of things, this is your situation. So you may need to choose a TikiFriendlyHost or get your installation done by a FindTikiExpert
