You wont be able to create a /tmp on the hosted server. YOu can only create within your home area. This is a problem on shared hosting that doesnt come under TikiFriendlyHosts. However, you will need to follow the detailed instructions and code modifications on InstallTikiUnderSafeMode some Tiki Experts will offer to install it for you if your struggling.
