If anybody could tell me whether Tiki has a simple module for creating an HTML response form which sends and e-mail to a particualar address or set of addresses, I'd be most appreciative.

Thanks in advace,

There is the "Contact us" page (/tiki-contact.php) for site visitors/users to contact the admin with. Is this what you mean?

Gary (or anyone else),

Tiki-contact.php simply returns a blank screen. Is there something assitional I need to do to config?

Thanks,

You have to activate "Contact" and/or "Contact Us (Anonymous)" on the Admin/Features page, and give "tiki_p_messages" permission to Anonymous and other groups (if they don't already have it) that you want to be able to contact you with the Tiki message system rather than email.

Thanks agin, Gary, but none of these suggestions worked. I am happy to say, though, that the "Surveys" feature covers my requirement, and that seems to be working fine for now.

Thanks,

wb

You could also be interested in creating a simple tracker, and "watch" it.
Search for trackers information (very improved in 1.9.0, afaik).
Cheers, Xavi

I would also like to do this, because I need to send emails to various email addresses. My understand is that the "contact us" would not work. I don't have to worry about spammers because it is a closed environment. In html it is a simple "mailto" form, can I do this in the wiki?
