    Hi. I have been using 1.9 rc3, but it is time to upgrade. I tried to upgrade to the CVS branch but thedatabase would not upgrade correctly. If I did nothing it complained about a missing field in tiki_sessions database, but if I ran tiki-1.9-mysql.sql it wiped out everything.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    I tried that and lost some links from the home page and the style was not the same at all. We do have some custom style sheets and some edited templates — wonder if they got replaced?

    If they were located in templates/ then yes. There is a page called StyleCreation or StyleCreationDev which shows how to make a new style and copy templates into it rather than modify the originals, this preserves your changes between upgrades.
