    Don't get me wrong. I like tiki. But I do find that the search module is a bit limited or weak in its application.

    I'd be interested in corresponding with anyone who is, or plans to be, working on the search module.

    Don't forget there is 2 search modules. One based on the fulltext mysql search and one database independant (search_new). So if you are mysql, the old one is not so bad (imho) ( missing the boolean management). The new one needs some ranking.

    Sylvie, the new one, afaik, fails to find content depending on capitalization and latin characthers...cry. Still much to do to improve search...
    I'm always wondering if a simple paprel·lel install of phpdig soft. wouldn't do a better job...question
