I would say from my experience that it is actually a hostile environment for people interested in sharing and discussing tiki-related business resources. I understand your disappointment, as I understand the position of the tikiwiki 'techies'. tikiwiki.org is great for that. And we will need eachother. Tikiwiki still needs to develop, in its maturity, with new functions and make a stronger stand against other portal/cms solutions. I don't think it has the popularity and respect it deserves. Looking from a business perspective and getting functional people more interest may likely spur and foster more interest in it. If we can find a way to not become opponents, this has a lot of potential.
