    Testing the wiki discussion on my 1.9 site, I found a bug if the users use different languages. Is it your case? Different threads are created. I fixed it in 1.9.3 cvs
    Otherwise I can't see problem in 1.9
    (you will find it at https://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=15900 templates/tiki-page_bar.tpl and tiki-setup.php today)
