I have this option set ... but still some users get a mouseover and others do not ... I have looked at their account setup and they have
SHOW USER INFO ON MOUSEOVER selected
USER INFO is PUBLIC
There does not seem to be ryhme or reason for this with some working and others not working ... this is a 1.9.2 install
Can anyone please assist
