    I have Live Support enabled, and as an admin it works great. When I "Add an operator to the system", they are added to the list and it says "Accepted Requests: 0"

    I can not find any requests, or where the requests should be sent (email or TikiWiki Messages)?

    My TikiWiki page are successfully sending emails out for forum and wiki changes.

    ok, I finally figured it out. "Accepted Requests: 0" is how many live suport requests they have accepted, not that they have accepted the request to do live support.
    permissions for live support is called support. And my editor group, the group the live suport people belong to, did not have the right suport permissions.
