making a user Admin
I just installed tikiwiki in our server
I would like to know how to make a user an admin ?
if that is not possible, they basically should be able to edit, view and delete all pages.
I tried various options in the perms link under each page. It does not seem to work for all tasks
especially where a user can click on the question mark and add a page.
Although it offers a lot of great features, The user interface for admin is bit confusing.
