Watches in the two Tikis in subdirectories don't work (don't send email notifications). I suspect this has something to do with the setup requirements for mail at the server, but don't know yet just what.

Thanks Gary. If you figure this out, please let me know. None of my Tikis are at the web root so perhaps we've got the same problem, though I do know that mail is sending through the tiki. As I said before, mail notifications work through the wiki "perms" page for each individual wiki, but "watching" those same pages does not generate emails to me.
Perhaps it has something to do with the watch not reading my email address from my userinfo?
