I'd like to take advantage of some of the recent work in trackers post 1.9.7 release to see if those changes resolve some of my problems. However, it looks like some of the changes involve dependencies on files, libraries, etc. and I am having troubles coming up with a list of such dependencies.

You can try the cvs version - some job on tracker has been done recently
