    I believe you can pass a find parameter to the tiki-listpages.php file that may help. For example, if the prefix for all your user pages is UserPage, then execute a find for that prefix:

    Something like this should work:
    ../tiki-listpages.php?find=UserPage


    For example, this link will list all the user pages on tw.o:

    http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-listpages.php?find=UserPage
