Community and *.tiki.org site organization

Is it just me or do the Tiki websites seem to be getting slower?

Is this primarily because of the sheer volume of users? As opposed to volume of data stored or lack of sufficient hardware, which may or may not be additional factors. If that is even in part true then although it's a problem for the sites themselves it's encouraging that Tiki's user base is increasing so well.
