I've been busy translating tikiwiki into Welsh over the past year and have a fair precentage completed (but by no means all!).
Does anyone have any pointers on:

• at what stage its considered appropriate to feed the translations to the development team for inclusion.
• how I would go about contributing those translations.

I have had a look around but haven't been able to fathom the process involved here.
