Tiki5 through Cpanel? no idea, but this looks like slooow process.
tiki5 by hand; you can give it a try (many of us are building new sites with Tiki5 already, provided that they don't go live yet, in most cases, until all important bugs are fixed).
But it may very well be that the features that you are interested in for your new site don't have any bug
So you can test your self, installing Tiki5 by hand through ftp, if you have ftp access.
