Wow, you have major permissions issues going on. Why am I able to edit the permissions of the home page as an anonymous user? 
(I seem the "perms" button at the bottom of the page)
I'm not quite sure what images you mean, are they stored in a file gallery? If so, then you need to make sure that anonymous users have tiki_p_file_download permission (I think that's the correct permission). I know it sounds a little odd that they'd need download permissions, but technically users' browsers must download images to view them.
