I'm no genius on this but this has happened to me before if I tried to put an RSS link in a module.
Sometimes you'll get locked out after changing something -so try to remember exactly what you were doing. Then you can go into the database and find the field that contains whatever you were typing and delete that (Don't delete the field just the data!) and the site often comes back.
I'm sure others have much better ideas but that's worked for me on more than a few occasions.
