Can you provide some details of your installation:
- What Tiki version are you using?
- How did you install Tiki (manual FTP, one-click installer, etc.)
- What is your web server environment?
Some things to check:
- Does Tiki have access to the necessary directories?
- Do you have enough PHP memory?
- Can you enable the Tiki error reporting, then post any error messages?
