    After an install of tiki 8.3, I don't see any way to attach files to wiki pages.
    When I go to Admin -> Wiki -> Features I don't have the "Attachements" button.
    In fact, my "Features" tab (see attached file) is quite different from the one described for instance at http://twbasics.tikiforsmarties.com/Using+Attachments. For instance, it doesn't have the "sandbox" feature ... and btw I don't see the "Flag Revision" tab either!
    Any hint ?

    Hi - do you have "advanced" checked in the Preference Filters box at the top of the admin page? Since there are so many preferences, they don't all show by default unless you choose for them to in the filter box.
