Re: file permissions in your htdocs/tikiwiki directory
Under linux nothing should be root unless its needed.
Mine are owed by a username:username and only those needed in setup.sh owned by username:apache
I have a small security guide mainly about removing files on your tiki install once your up and running on mods.tikiwiki.org
