searching on Tiki

I cannot figure out how to search for itms matching to multiple words on the this Tiki site. For example, I'd like to search for items that contain both words "forum" and "email". Just entering the 2 words in the search box gives all items that contain EITHER of these words - which is way too many. Using "forum+email" made no difference. I looked the the documentation for fulltext search mode and tried '+form +email' but that led to an error.

On my own Tiki installation, I get the proper behavior only using simple search mode, and have the same issues with fulltext mode.

I am sure I am missing something obvious. Can someone please point out what I am missing.

Thanks.

Abhi

tikiwiki.org's not running what's documented in SearchDoc.
Instead it uses 1.8's new DB-abstracted search_new module which apparently can't do that yet. Maybe more detials are available on SearchDev if you're interested in learning more.

Thanks. The tikiwiki.org is a great resource for newbies - but the lack of basic boolean search capability makes it very difficult to effectively search the site.

I am not sure this is the right place to make this request, but would it be possible to add another search module to the tikiwiki.org page with the "simple search mode"? Even if less efficient, this mode does support boolean searches which are very useful.
