That's indeed a signthat Imagick is not recognized.
We have an imagick install page on tw.o, maybe the answer will be there. Otherwise, check your phpinfo, it should show if imagick is known or not. It hink it's not a Tiki-Imagick thing as much as a PHP-Imagick problem.
