Upgrading from 14.2 to 15.0
If i do a clean install new database etc i get the following error message:
Fatal error: Class 'Perms_Check_Indirect' not found in /home/XXX/public_html/yyy/lib/core/Perms/Builder.php on line 77
if i do an upgrade using the same tikiwiki 15.0 uploaded files i get the following error message
Fatal error: Class 'Minify_CSS' not found in /home/XXX/public_html/yyy/lib/headerlib.php on line 993
XXX and yyy have replaced the actual values for privacy.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
The error happens when i first try to access the site after installation.
I have done a good number of installations and upgrades in the past
