    Do you know Smarty yet? If not check the introduction at http://smarty.php.net then browse your tiki/templates/ folder for an idea how it works. You'll want header.tpl, probably. Otherwise MoreNeatLayoutSchema should help you.

    You dont want header.tpl at all

    You want tiki-top_bar.tpl
