Its in all TikiWikis !
The Guides on that site, use it to seperate the blocks you type etc. The Howto create a style is a good example the green blocks in the wiki page is the code plugin. 
Click wiki help when your editing a wiki page, then click Show Plugins Help. and its all there infront of you
