User info

United Kingdom

Under TIkiWiki 1.9 you can attach a tracker to collect additional user information. The other way is to hack the login code to collect additional information yourself.

Hacking the login info is a good way to add this BUT couldn't this also limit your ability to upgrade to new version of tiki? I'm looking to do the same thing, but I don't want to lock myself out of future upgrades.

Damian,

How can you attach a tracker to collect more info? I've been trying to do that and can't seem to get it to work. I've checked off the box in the admin login settings page to use trackers, but can't figure out how to actually "link" the tracker to the registration.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
