I could be mistaken, but I don't think that is possible... there is a semi-workaround that might do what you want.

If you use "dot dot dot page dot dot dot" (replace dot with ".") you can make a pagebreak. If you place them strategically above the new paragraph you got yourself an anchor point. The URL adds "&pagenum=x", which could allow you to go directly to a subpage and thus your paragraph. The drawback is that your wikipage is no longer visible as one.

But you might have to ask yourself if it is really what you want. You can have an endless number of wikipages, why make them so long you need anchors to find anything? Why not divide them in different wiki pages? You can hold them together by creating an index wikipage which links to all the subpages (or you could use structures or something). Personally I think this is much easier for you and your reader.
