I have access to the Cpanel and PHP file but I'm not too sure how to get logged back in?

This was a known issue that has been fixed a months ago.

You have to use a database tool and remove manually the lock on your account (it is easy to spot it comparing different accounts)... AND update your Tiki. 🤗
