Serious Bug in Fantastic installation of v7.1

I have repeatedly attempted to install Tikiwiki using Fantastico. However, every time I do, Fantastico installs a faulty version of v7.1 which includes a serious bug on the /tiki-admin_modules.php page. When I click to go to the page, it loads incorrectly. (See screenshot in my previous post https://tiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?comments_parentId=42687&topics_offset=11) The result of the page is a white page with no images and incomplete text. The page is useless, and this ultimately causes the wiki to be useless.

There must be a way to fix this error. If I encountered this problem after a Fantastico installation, then others too must be encountering this problem. This problem needs to be addressed. Please help me resolve this issue.

Looks like the theme you are using is missing some css styling.

It does not matter what theme I am using, default or otherwise, I still encounter the bug on the /tiki-admin_modules.php page.

It,s not a bug in tiki so you will have to ask your hosting to fix this also they should update to tiki-8.1 maybe even 8.2 but that one was not yet publicly announced.

Or download tikiwiki from here
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tikiwiki/files/
and install it manually.

My host has been quite unhelpful so far. After going round and round with them on the issue, they seem to think the problem lies with Fantastico, and it may, but they don't seem to think the problem will be solved anytime soon. This is why I posted here, hoping to find a way to do it myself. Perhaps I can get them to update to 8.1.

As for a manual install, I tried and got the 'could not find driver' error. I posted about this in this forum: https://tiki.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?comments_parentId=42754&topics_offset=2
